Whether you have a new hire or a veteran employee, staff education is key to a successful, profitable and customer service oriented practice.
Eye America understands these needs and is determined to offer periodic trainings for both staff and doctors in all facets of daily practice operations through EyeAmerica University. These programs are available to any member of the EyeAmerica network.
In 2004, EAU will offer at least one evening or day session each month in various markets. These seminars will be offered at no charge thanks to the support of our vendor partners. Information will be forwarded as to the dates, times and locations of each seminar at least four weeks prior to the scheduled date.
EAU will also list programs scheduled by vendors that may not be exclusive to EA but will be available and beneficial to your practices. As with the monthly sessions, information will be forwarded four weeks prior to scheduled dates.
In addition to vendor-sponsored in-office sessions, the EyeAmerica team has a series of training programs available to your practice. These programs are offered at a reasonable charge.
We are excited to offer these programs and hope that you will take advantage of the opportunities to better your practice and staff. We will work with presenters to enhance these programs and expand the topics as the year progresses.
