Doctors Vision Center taps Howard, Merrell & Partners Advertising as Agency of Record
Raleigh, NC -- February 4, 2003 - Doctors Vision Centers announced today that they have selected Howard, Merrell & Partners as their first agency of record. The new assignment, effective immediately, includes development of a television advertising campaign for this rapidly expanding group of optometrists.
